Leading Charity are seeking a Shop Manager who is the driving force behind the success of the store. Do you have a passion for retail and a heart for making a difference? We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to lead the team in their busy store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day shop operations
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of volunteers
  • Drive donations and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
  • Monitor financial performance and set and meet sales targets
  • Be accountable for sales and profit performance, ensuring the team is aware of and engaged in the shop's financial performance
  • Foster a creative shop environment where team members seek to maximise income in new and innovative ways
  • Manage the team to maximise income from Gift Aid on donated products
  • Maintain an empowered, motivated, and engaged shop team by ensuring they understand the value of their contribution to the charity
