What you’ll do

• Store Manager in Gravesend (40 hours per week)
• Deliver an outstanding customer proposition – manage the branch and ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage sales and service through leading a motivated team.
• Help the team get the job done – check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean and put orders together.
• Inspire – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
• Ask questions and build relationships – develop your team, support future business growth and succession, make sure customers leave with everything they need.
• Lead – coach, motivate and engage to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
• Build a fun working environment – maintain high branch standards and ensure product availability.
