Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Experience : Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
• Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Visual Merchandising : Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
• Sales and Performance : Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Training and Development : Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Health and Safety : Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
