Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Euston is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store, drive sales and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will report to the Area Manager, run effective progress meetings, set SMART goals, and uphold OB standards while delivering a warm, inclusive store environment. Flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Euston store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts, and we are open to having conversations about working flexibly. • Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
• Make sure the team always adhere to OB operational standards.
• Have an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style, in-keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
