The Role

As Store Manager, you will be at the heart of a fast‑paced, tech‑driven retail environment. You will manage store operations, develop your team and achieve commercial targets while being a key ambassador of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales, service and performance targets
  • Deliver expert knowledge of telecom products and services including mobile plans, broadband packages and smart devices
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, in‑store displays and promotional materials
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations including stock control, scheduling and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Provide hands‑on coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, confident sales team
About You
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Deep understanding of mobile technology, networks and sales strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication and team‑building skills
  • Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering tailored, solution‑driven service
  • Commercially aware with the ability to analyze data and drive results
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
