About the Role – Store Manager

This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:

  • Leading your team from the front
  • Delivering brilliant customer service every day
  • Hitting your retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
  • Planning rotas, managing payroll and overseeing stock integrity
  • Creating a store environment that's fun, fast, clean and safe
  • Coaching, supporting and developing your team
  • Bringing energy, structure and passion to the retail floor
What You’ll Need
