Mountain Warehouse in Webbs Wychbold - Management (WEW) is seeking a Store Manager to lead and shape the customer experience while driving sales and store performance.

You will inspire the team, oversee store operations, and ensure high standards of service and safety. This role requires an energetic leader who can deliver results and maintain the Mountain Warehouse brand image.

• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high‑performing and motivated team.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
• Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty.
