Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Store Manager for Webbs Wychbold to lead UK Retail operations, energise the team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will own the store’s performance, recruit and develop staff, maintain visual merchandising, health and safety, and build strong community links to strengthen the brand locally.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with a clear focus on customer service, team development, and delivering consistent results.

Sales & Performance:

• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
• Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.

Customer Experience:
