ALDI are one of the top 4 largest supermarket chains in the UK and are expanding rapidly. We are seeking a Store Manager in Chelmsford to lead a multi-million-pound store, driving sales and delivering world-class customer service.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £52,910 to £69,000 per year, plus benefits and regular salary progression. You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team while ensuring all processes and compliance are followed and the Aldi brand values

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit and develop a team for a household name, renowned for value, maximising sales and maintaining high standards
• Ensure all processes/ procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally
• Set and implement tasks to ensure the team deliver effective service, stock management and customer flow
• Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through managing waste, shrinkage and payroll
• Develop colleague's knowledge of products within the store and ensure they live the Aldi brand values

Commutable Locations

Store Managers need to be open to travelling within a 45minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores
