Barnardo's in Basingstoke is seeking a Store Manager to inspire teams and deliver excellent customer service while driving store performance.

You'll lead a talented team, nurture ideas, and work within a supportive framework that offers training, development, and clear promotion prospects. This role combines leadership with hands-on retail excellence in a charitable retailer environment. Please note safeguarding requires consent to a Basic criminal records check.

You’re an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
