Job summary

A leading grocery retailer in the UK is offering an exciting opportunity as a Store Management Apprentice in Reading. This role combines theory and practical store work within a supportive team environment. Over three years, you will work hard while preparing to achieve your Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification. You will also progress into a Deputy Store Manager role, opening doors for your future career in retail. GCSEs in Maths and English are required to apply.

Qualifications

• GCSEs needed in Maths and English, with a minimum grade of C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Balance theory with practical store work in a three-year programme.
• Learn and work towards Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification.
• Work as a fully-fledged Deputy Store Manager upon completion.
