Job summary

Stradivarius, part of Inditex, is seeking a Responsible (Full Time) to lead a store team in the West of England. You will drive customer experiences, coach colleagues and ensure everyday operations reflect our values and commercial vision.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will translate insights into actions, manage stock, visuals and processes, and strive for exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. We value emotional intelligence, integrity and collaboration.
