A leading sportswear company in the City of London is looking for a Lead Store Advisor to drive exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards in their new store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, a strong commitment to team culture, and outstanding communication skills. This role involves leading a team, managing cash transactions, and ensuring visual merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail work environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and communicate through On's values in team and customer interactions.
  • Responsible for all cash transactions and till procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information.
