Job summary

Currys Didcot is seeking a General Manager Designate to lead a busy retail store, protect customer experience and drive performance. You will set the tone for the team, mentor leaders and ensure the store delivers outstanding service.

You will champion change, explore new ways of working, and shape the store strategy while managing day-to-day commercial results. The role offers incentives, pension and opportunities to progress within Currys' retail network.
