Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Store Detective responsible for providing safety and security at client premises. You will need a Door Supervisor SIA license and prior Store Detective experience, along with excellent communication skills. Our Perfect Worker

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. A lot of admin is digital and paperless, so you will need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.

Our perfect Store Detective will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator, a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, contributing to the safety and security of the client's premises and staff
  • To carry out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure staff and visitor safety
  • To lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site
  • To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
  • To carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible
  • To keep site knowledge up to date and identify local developments
  • To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
  • To assist, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches
  • To ensure the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition
  • To conduct yourself at all times in a manner that brings credit to yourself, the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed
