Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Swindon is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences and keep displays sharp. You’ll greet customers with energy, assist with product selection, and maintain stock and cleanliness to uphold high standards.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to develop skills, take on new tasks, and grow with the business while supporting seasonal peaks.

• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
