GO Outdoors LTD is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver a welcoming customer experience, assist shoppers with product information, and help maintain high presentation standards on the shop floor. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

This role offers the chance to learn new skills, follow store processes, and contribute to daily store operations while supporting sales objectives and stock management.

• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
