JD Sports is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding experiences daily, greet customers warmly, keep displays sharp, replenish stock and maintain high service standards. You will welcome customers with enthusiasm and support the full customer journey on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

• A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
