Job summary

JD Group is seeking a Store Colleague to welcome customers, check stock, and maintain a sharp, on-brand shop floor. You will greet shoppers with energy, assist with product options, and ensure displays stay fresh throughout shifts.

This fast-paced retail role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. You’ll gain new skills, work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
