Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers, maintain displays, replenish stock, and support daily store operations with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to help achieve team sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean, organized and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed as per company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support day-to-day store running.
• Support additional duties as reasonably required.

Key Responsibilities
