Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Store Colleague in the UK to deliver outstanding service on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock and help maintain our high standards of presentation and customer care.

You will work with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations, process transactions, and use in-store technology to answer questions and assist shoppers seeking the latest products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
