Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Romford is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding experiences. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support the full customer journey on the shop floor.

Join a fast-paced retail team, bring energy, teamwork and a can-do attitude to help customers find products they love, handle till tasks, and maintain high standards daily. Weekend/evening shifts and busy seasonal periods required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.

• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.

• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
