Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver a welcoming customer experience on the shop floor and support stock replenishment and presentation standards.

You will greet customers, share product information, and help drive sales while maintaining store cleanliness and organisation. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this fast-paced retail role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
