Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in Bracknell. You will greet customers confidently, help them find products, and ensure displays are sharp and on-brand.

The role involves using in-store devices to check stock, supporting the full customer journey, and performing daily shop tasks including till work and restocking. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.

• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.

• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.

• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
