The Tesco Colleague role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment across our stores in the UK. You will engage with customers, support daily store operations, and help create a welcoming shopping experience. Flexible hours and development opportunities help you grow with the team.

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. We encourage applicants with a passion for service to apply, with shifts scheduled in advance to suit

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with products and services and offer help when needed.
• Support store operations: shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, delivery assistance, and general duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how the role supports service, sales, waste reduction and store performance.
