Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Tesco Colleague to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly, natural service to customers, learn our products and assist with daily store tasks including shelf replenishment and checkout roles.

Roles offer a minimum of 16 hours per week with pay starting at £13.28 per hour and rising to £14.55 in certain stores. We welcome applicants who can work with flexibility and a positive attitude.

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with our products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
