• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines meeting their needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and your role in driving service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reach customers in good condition.
• Follow Tesco policies and represent the brand positively.
