Job summary

Tesco is seeking colleagues for retail roles in the UK, offering hourly pay from £13.28 (£14.55 in M25 stores) with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week and options for 12 hours if needed. You must be over 18. Availability windows are provided and contracted hours will be scheduled with 3 weeks' notice.

• Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
• Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet customers' needs.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Being knowledgeable about store performance and our part in driving service, sales, and profit, reducing waste and shrink.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
• Being myself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies.
• Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store
