Pets at Home is hiring a Store Colleague to help deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high pet care standards. You will build relationships with customers, contribute to store operations, and adapt to shifts that may include evenings and weekends in a busy retail environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.

What you will bring with you:
