Role overview

The Build team plays a pivotal role in the PlayStation Store global team to help us deliver more relevant experiences to our consumers at a market level - building out the store based on the business priorities, working closely with the services team on monthly content drops and ensuring we can deliver more localised editorial content. Working as part of this global team of build specialists you will be responsible for ensuring that PS Store experiences are delivered in a timely manner with a focus on quality. There will need to be some flexibility in the team's roles and responsibilities during peak times (e.g. during peak periods).

What you'll be doing
  • Working as part of a team delivering a best-in‑class store experience
  • Working closely with various partner teams (Games Optimisation, Editorial, Personalisation, Digital Games Sales, D2C Commercial, PS Direct, Marketing, etc…) to ensure briefs are followed for key title launches, content drops and Discover Collections and execute merchandising updates of PlayStation Store across PS4, PS5 and web/mobile according to said briefs.
  • Support the PlayStation Store experimentation program by setting up experiments across all PlayStation Store / devices and assist with other areas of the experimentation program as required by the business
  • Proficiently use Content Management System (CMS) for PlayStation Store and other specialist tools to manage PlayStation Store categories, product grids, banner placements, experimentation etc…
  • Adhering to best practices and processes with the CRO / Creative Services / Digital Game Sales / Operations and Customer Service teams
  • Contribute to work streams to help increase team efficiency and improve quality of delivery
  • Working closely with Incident Management and the Optimisation teams within CRO to resolve incidents related to PS Store Merchandising.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years’ (or equivalent) experience working with CMS tools and Data Management platforms
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across different regions
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, sense of humour, and a drive for results
  • Technical mindset, with the ability to learn and master the use of multiple complex tools and strong attention to details
  • Ability to prioritise and work towards strict deadlines
  • High degree of interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills with ability to self-motivate
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • An understanding of PlayStation consumers and passion for PlayStation content is desirable but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or relative qualification standard)
