You will be expected to engage with customers, use initiative, and contribute to strong store performance while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with products and services and offer help when needed.
• Support across store tasks including shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, delivery assistance and general service duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
