A leading charity retailer in Kirkby Stephen seeks a Store Associate to support store management and deliver excellent customer service. You will help maximize sales, maintain store standards, and lead your team. As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store's targets.
