Job summary

Aldi is hiring in-store staff to join a fast-paced, friendly team. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, and ensure shelves are well stocked and merchandised to high standards.

Shifts start early and can run into the evening, with 10–30 hours per week. Training is provided, plus benefits including increasing pay with service and wellbeing discounts. No prior experience necessary; attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!

Responsibilities
