Job summary

Toolstation in Bude is hiring a Store Assistant for 20 hours per week on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be the friendly face in the store, help customers locate items, and support deliveries and stock management. Local applicants who can commit to early starts and late finishes are preferred.

No prior retail experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know to deliver excellent service and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
• Ability to handle busy periods with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle deliveries and unpack stock.
• Stock shelves and keep the store tidy.
• Assist customers and answer questions to help them find what they need.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
