Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer‑focused retail sales assistant in Bicester to deliver outstanding service, achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. You will educate customers on our products, build rapport and assist with merchandising.

We value a flexible weekend schedule, strong communication and a positive attitude, plus enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
