Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a store team member in the United Kingdom to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at our Sheffield location. You will guide customers through product choices, ensure a welcoming shopping environment, and represent our brands with enthusiasm.

As part of a global footwear and apparel company, you will learn product knowledge, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere while maintaining store standards

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
