Job summary

Aldi in Strathaven is hiring a flexible, friendly Retail Assistant to join a fast-paced team. You will help customers, stock shelves and operate tills with accuracy, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Shifts start early and end late; 10–30 hours per week available. No essential retail experience required—attitude matters. You’ll receive thorough training and ongoing development, with opportunities for progression and staff perks.
