Job summary

Aldi is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant to be at the heart of the store, helping with deliveries, stocking shelves, assisting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Join a fast paced, friendly team where every colleague contributes to an exceptional shopping experience. Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm, with flexibility for 10–30 hours per week and 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable, ready to support customers and team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident with numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
