Job summary

Aldi is hiring store colleagues in Basildon, England. Youll be at the heart of the store, delivering friendly service, stocking shelves, and handling tills as part of a fast-paced team.

This role offers flexible contracts between 10-30 hours per week, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, and access to training and wellbeing programmes to help you grow your career.

If you have a positive attitude and good numeracy, you’ll fit right in; retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic numeracy for till operations.
