Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate storage solutions that support enterprise storage repositories.
• Work with third-party vendors to architect and deliver effective storage outcomes.
• Build in-house applications that become part of the business technology platform.
• Create storage tools to support problem management and preventive maintenance (including alert and capacity management).
• Contribute to storage automation and observability improvements.
• Apply your understanding of storage virtualisation, scale‑out and distributed file systems/software-defined storage to solve real operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot across operating system, network and storage, working effectively in a global team.
• Listen to customer requirements and clearly advise, discuss and articulate technical solutions.
