A leading IT services provider is seeking a Storage Engineer for a 4-month hybrid contract in Barrow-in-Furness. The role involves managing and optimizing storage and backup systems within a secure setting, ensuring high availability and compliance. Job Title: Storage Engineer

Location: Barrow - Hybrid / As and When required

Duration: 4 months+

Rate: £550 - £600 per day inside i35

DV Security Clearance: Required for this role

Role Description: I am looking for a Storage Engineer to be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of storage and backup systems within my client's Dragonfly account. This role ensures high availability, security compliance, and performance of SAN and backup environments, supporting both BAU operations and project delivery in a highly secure setting.

Work closely with other engineering teams to design and deploy new storage solutions, and support transition and transformation activities for secure environments.
