Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the stockroom team to deliver exceptional operational standards.
  • Manage all deliveries, ensuring stock is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised, safe and compliant stockroom environment.
  • Drive replenishment to ensure the sales floor remains fully stocked throughout trading hours.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and management team to support commercial priorities and key trading periods.
  • Oversee stock movements, transfers and returns in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained within the stockroom.
  • Analyse stockroom performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Stockroom Manager to join a fast‑paced retail team in the heart of Central London. As a key member of the store management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stockroom operates efficiently, keeping products flowing seamlessly from delivery to shop floor so our customers always enjoy the best shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing as Stockroom Manager
