Job summary

NEXT is hiring for a part-time role at our North East England stores. The role involves locating, packing and processing stock, ensuring it is presented to customers, and delivering fast, friendly service on the sales floor.

You will work as part of a store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers, with flexible working options and a strong focus on customer experience. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Stock handling and fast processing of stock transfers.
• Excellent customer service and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and transferring stock in and out of store.
• Meeting deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time.
• Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organized.
• Working across all store areas, including the sales floor, to provide fast, friendly service.
• Reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
