Role Overview

As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.

What You Can Expect

• Manage physical stock and movement, maintaining effective stock flow and storage to improve customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all back-of-house areas.
• Support loss prevention operations.
• Proficiently utilize business systems and latest technology.
• Ensure procedures are followed and policies executed.
• Complete all stock handling paperwork to a high standard.
• Process delivery and transfer requests efficiently and according to company policy.
• Assist in replenishing the shop floor by size and executing floor moves as needed.
• Understand and execute stock procedures for quick and accurate deliveries and transfers.
• Run stock reports and communicate findings to the team.
• Support stock counts and bi-annual stock takes.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in stockroom control.
• Ability to work flexible hours over 3-4 days, adaptable to business needs.
• Proficient in business systems and latest technology.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
