Job summary

Next is hiring a Stock Team Member in Ballymena to ensure online and in-store stock is accurately located, packed and transferred. You will be part of a fast-paced store team, delivering friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, organised sales floor.

Shifts average 8.75 hours per week (Wed 14:30–18:00; Thu 15:30–21:00) with flexible options. Right to work in the UK required; Next does not sponsor under Skilled Worker rules.

• Flexible, reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure stock is presented to customers and available for online orders.
• Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and well-organised.
• Assist on sales floors and provide fast, friendly service.
