Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Full-Time Stock Operative to join the Stock Operations team at Heathrow, across all terminals. Shifts are 9am–5pm, 5 days a week with occasional weekends. You will help ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and stock is stored to Harrods standards.

Applicants must provide references for 5 years and undergo a criminal record check for an airside pass. Ability to work across multiple functions and maintain high standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Keeping stock and stockrooms tidy and clean, adhering to Health & Safety standards
• Ensuring safe handling, storage & packing of all merchandise
• Ensuring all stock is correctly ticketed and priced, immediately raising discrepancies with the Stock Control Specialist
• Actioning price changes and markdowns when necessary
• Carrying out stock audits daily
• Assisting with stocktakes and sale preparation as required
• Maintaining filing system for delivery packing lists
• Inputting and updating details on the faulty trackers on a regular basis
• Unpacking and checking deliveries against delivery notes, immediately raising discrepancies and quality issues with the Stock Control Specialist
