Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing wholesale/distribution business who are looking to recruit a Stock & Logistics Coordinator to support their team for a 12-month period covering maternity.

It"s a very exciting for the business currently as they have several major projects underway that are set to drive significant growth and position for the company.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Stock & Logistics Coordinator will ensure stock accuracy, manage goods out processes and produce clear operational reporting. Key responsibilities include

    • Plan and complete full stock takes, and cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock adjustments
    • Manage stock allocations for purchase orders and kit variants
    • Produce allocation and stock reports and resolve allocation errors
    • Oversee goods despatch through the carrier matrix including courier accounts and cost reporting
    • Monitor delivery performance including on time in full and damaged on arrival metrics
    • Investigate stock discrepancies
    • Produce weekly and monthly KPI and operations reports
    • Support returns processing including stock booking and accurate return reporting
