Your new role: In this key position, you will work collaboratively with the Supply Chain and Operations Teams, and take responsibility for the daily/weekly planning of stock replenishment and stock rotation.
What you'll need to succeed: You will have experience working in a similar position, placing orders and liaising with Suppliers to track/expedite, to ensure that they are delivered within the agreed timeframes. You will collaborate with offsite warehousing partners to ensure they are booking in goods according to correct procedure, enabling stock to be live and available in a timely manner. You will also work with warehousing partners to identify any quality or quantity discrepancies, and work with suppliers to resolve, escalating if necessary. Any experience of Inventory/Stock planning is an advantage as you will work with the leadership team on seasonal/yearly planning. You should have strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and similar), be numerate, and comfortable working with large datasets. Being well-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic planning environment is essential. A degree is useful but not essential. Experience in Food/FMCG sector is a definite advantage.
