Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Stock Team Member to ensure products are available online and on the shop floor. You will locate, pack and transfer stock quickly while delivering outstanding customer service at the sales floor when needed. This role offers flexible working options and a supportive team environment.

You will be part of a fast-paced store team, reporting to a Coordinator or Manager, and you will help keep areas tidy, meet deadlines and contribute to a great shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work quickly and accurately with stock.
• Able to work across store areas including sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly by locating, packing and transferring stock.
• Meet deadlines to deliver to customers on time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist on sales floor providing fast, friendly service.
• Work with coordinators or managers.
