Job summary

B&Q Isle of Man is seeking a Stock Flow Customer Advisor on a permanent, part-time basis. You will help keep shelves stocked with customer needs and safe, efficient store operations. The role requires flexibility for a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays, and may involve forklift duties.

A strong team attitude and clear communication are essential. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm, with a notional hourly rate of £15.24 (including £2.14 location allowance).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and clear planning under busy conditions.
• Good organisational and analytical thinking, able to simplify tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is stocked with customer needs and new stock.
• Maintain efficiency and safety, potentially using forklift license.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to rotating weekend/evening/bank holiday shifts.
• Suggest improvements to stock flow and store operations.
